Join us for an intimate, dinner series that will tell the story of food migration of the Sonoran Desert. Featuring a four-course family-style meal, guests will gather around a communal table as Chef Aaron Lopez presents dishes that tell the story of how migration and trade routes transformed the Sonoran food systems.




Join us on Thursday, May 7th for the second installment of our intimate dinner series telling the story of food migration in the Sonoran Desert. Guests will gather around a communal table for a four-course family-style meal that tells the story of how migration and trade routes transformed Sonoran food systems.
The evening will feature a specialty beverage menu with cocktails and nonalcoholic drinks crafted to complement the menu.
Reservations are $85 per person (before tax and gratuity) and include a welcome beverage.
Doors will open at 5:30 p.m. with dinner starting promptly at 6 p.m.


May 29 - / shed and ursa collaborative dinner
Join us on Friday, May 29, as we welcome Chef Johnny Ortiz of / shed in Taos, New Mexico, for a one-night collaborative dinner. High desert will meet low desert as Chef Johnny Ortiz and Chef Aaron Lopez explore the ingredients and influences from their respective regions.
The menu will consistent of 8 courses and a beverage pairing option of cocktails or nonalcoholic drinks crafted to complement the menu.
Reservations are $250 per person (beverage pairing, gratuity, and tax included).
