Stories of the Desert

Join us for an intimate, dinner series that will tell the story of food migration of the Sonoran Desert. Featuring a four-course family-style meal, guests will gather around a communal table as Chef Aaron Lopez presents dishes that tell the story of how migration and trade routes transformed the Sonoran food systems.

April 2 Reservations

In partnership with Timo Geis of Cactus Cru, the evening will feature a curated selection of wines from the Arizona winemaker, which guests can order a la carte to pair throughout the meal. The evening will also feature a specialty beverage menu with cocktails and nonalcoholic drinks crafted to compliment the tasting menu.

Reservations are $85 per person (before tax and gratuity) and include a welcome beverage.

Doors will open at 5:30 p.m. with dinner starting promptly at 6 p.m.
