A Sonoran Folklore:
Stories of the Desert
Join us for an intimate, dinner series that will tell the story of food migration of the Sonoran Desert. Featuring a four-course family-style meal, guests will gather around a communal table as Chef Aaron Lopez presents dishes that tell the story of how migration and trade routes transformed the Sonoran food systems.

In partnership with Timo Geis of Cactus Cru, the evening will feature a curated selection of wines from the Arizona winemaker, which guests can order a la carte to pair throughout the meal. The evening will also feature a specialty beverage menu with cocktails and nonalcoholic drinks crafted to compliment the tasting menu.
Reservations are $85 per person (before tax and gratuity) and include a welcome beverage.
Doors will open at 5:30 p.m. with dinner starting promptly at 6 p.m.
